CADCA’s Youth Leadership (YL) team is now accepting proposals for an external evaluator to assess our extended-duration programs. We are seeking a skilled researcher with expertise in youth development and youth-driven programs to design and conduct a short-term evaluation and to develop a comprehensive multi-year evaluation plan.

This initiative will enhance the quality of our youth programs at CADCA. The selected evaluator will work closely with YL staff and CADCA’s Evaluation and Research (E&R) team. Nicole Helguero from E&R will manage the relationship with the evaluator.
