Dave Zook has a three decade record of advancing federal policy, regulatory, and program initiatives. Born and raised on a central Illinois farm, he moved to the nation’s capital after law school to work for three Members of Congress and the U.S. House Appropriations Committee. Dave entered private practice in 1990 to focus on health and life science issues working with industry, non-profit, and government clients, including several sector coalitions such as the Collaborative for Effective Prescription Opioid Policies (CEPOP). Today he is a partner with the global law firm of Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and leads its government regulatory and advocacy services group. Dave attended the University of North Carolina (BA) and DePaul University College of Law (JD).
