Участники середины 2015 года принимают участие в первом проекте общественных работ, призванном помочь жителям Индианаполиса в выздоровлении

ВОЗ: Fifty dedicated anti-drug coalition leaders, from around the country, will enrich their time in Indianapolis by participating in the first annual MYTI community service program. The group will take a few hours to give the Pathway to Recovery facility a little TLC. Pathway to Recovery provides housing and support services to the homeless as they overcome the rigors of addiction and mental illness. The program offers the guidance needed for the participants to lead clean and sober lives as they become mentally and physically stable along the road to financial self-sufficiency and their move to independent living.

КОГДА: Today, Aug. 4, 5-8 p.m.

ГДЕ: Pathway to Recovery, 2135 N. Alabama St., Indianapolis.

WHY: At CADCA, we believe that places like Pathway give people hope for recovery and a drug-free tomorrow. Coalitions work tirelessly to educate their communities about the dangers of drinking and using drugs. We view this as the next step in showing what can be achieved when we work together to create safe, healthy and drug-free communities. This and all of the future community service programs will provide the perfect opportunity to allow CADCA members to give back to and thank our host cities.

HOW: CADCA members will work on various interior and exterior projects such as interior painting, kitchen duties and landscaping. This will be our gift to the residents and counselors to reward their hard work.
