The CADCA Youth Leadership Training of Trainer (TOT) Adult Program is a highly-selective training program for the most promising change-makers from across the country, developing in them the public presentation, strategic planning, interpersonal and team skills they will need to instill their own leadership abilities with youth across the country.
Over the course of this challenging training program, TOT Adult participants will learn to deliver multi-faceted trainings built around the strategic prevention framework in a variety of community settings. Participants will work with our dedicated staff and be closely mentored by our experienced trainers. Trainees should be prepared to engage in online courses, webinars, virtual training practicum and facilitate large-scale, in-person training events around the country.
After filling out the application by Monday, November 15, CADCA will select candidates who will participate in the TOT Adult training weekend, which will run from December 10–12. After this training, CADCA will select candidates who will become CADCA’s next TOT Adult for Youths!
