2021 Got Outcomes! Awards 

Phase I Application Announcement   

Deadline: Monday, July 26, 2021  

Thank you for your interest in CADCA’s 2021 Got Outcomes! Awards process! This is your coalition’s opportunity to receive national recognition for positive community-level outcomes achieved. 

This is the first phase of a two-phase process. In Phase I, CADCA will review and score each coalition’s application and submitted products (e.g., Community Assessment, Logic Model, etc.).  Coalitions scoring in the top 25 percent will advance to Phase II. Advancing finalists will be invited to tell their coalition’s story of how they have contributed to changes in their community-level outcomes. In both phases, coalitions will receive detailed feedback from CADCA’s Evaluation and Research Team. The highest scoring Phase II applicants will receive the prestigious Got Outcomes! Awards in the following categories: 

• Coalition in Focus: Short-term Outcomes 
• Coalition of Excellence: Intermediate Outcomes 
• Coalition of the Year: Long-term Outcomes 

There will also be special recognition through the *NEW* Blue Ribbon Coalition Program. Coalitions who do an exceptional job in updating and utilizing their products will be recognized as a Blue Ribbon Coalition. A *NEW* Blue Ribbon Coalition Event will be held at the 2022 National Leadership Forum to celebrate, happening January 31-February 3, 2022! 

ALL coalitions are welcome to apply. Coalitions in year two of their Drug-Free Communities (DFC) grant are required to apply.
