CADCA has mutually beneficial relationships with several federal agencies and departments. Our Federal partners provide us national leadership on substance abuse and addiction-related issues and collaborate with us on various activities. In turn, CADCA provides access to the community coalition field and offers feedback on behalf of our membership.  Below are examples of ways that our federal partners support our work:

  • Provide support for our National Leadership Forum and other training events
  • Help us create and disseminate targeted materials on alcohol and other drug abuse and intervention strategies
  • Assist in supporting major communications outreach, including Coalitions Online and CADCA TV
  • Support our efforts to build effective community coalitions throughout the United States
