Leslie Ortiz-Cadwallader is the Program Manager of Youth Tobacco Prevention at CADCA. Leslie received her Master of Public Health Policy and Management at New York University and Bachelor of Science in Public and Community Health at Ithaca College. Prior to joining CADCA, she was the Regional Director of Program Management at Aya Healthcare, leading program managers at hospital systems in the Midwest and East Coast in strengthening client relationships, improving processes, and mitigating issues. Leslie has also worked in the non-profit sector serving at-risk and marginalized communities as Prevention Resource Center Coordinator at Coalition for a Drug-Free Hawaii and Home Visitor at Early Head Start.

In her free time, she enjoys strength training, exploring new parks and cafes, and maintaining her language learning streak on Duolingo.
