Coalition Launch Training is a Coalition Organization Development series. This training is meant as a prep for the NCI Bootcamp and supports those who need essential training on how to form and launch a coalition. This monthly outreach engagement training does the following:

• Supports emerging community groups/coalition personnel and grassroot leaders
• Offers customized discussions for States and communities
• Gives essential training on:
  • Organization structure
  • Board/community stakeholder recruitment and development
  • Workforce needs
  • Sustainability planning
  • And other foundational requirements needed to meet pre-DFC grant guidelines

The NCI will maintain a support database for active follow up. NCI will offer support to groups/coalitions as they progress through the NCA training levels.
