En Monday, Feb. 3, from 4:30-5:30 pm, please join us in Potomac C-D for a celebration of Native American culture entitled “Where Culture Meets Prevention, an Intertribal Exhibition.” The Exhibition will be inclusive of several Native American tribes and will feature many traditional dance performances, including Gourd, Eagle, Buffalo, Round, Jingle Dress, Traditional, Fancy Shawl, Fancy War, Grass and Two Step.
15-year-old Tracy Tanyan Jr., from the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma and Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, will be a featured performer. You can see Tracy perform and learn more about the culture we will be celebrating by viewing the video below.
