    Getting to Tucson

    Getting to Tucson is easy. Tucson is served by 12 different airlines with nonstop service from 24 destinations http://www.visittucson.org/static/index.cfm?contentID=842&Reset=0 and connections through 125 cities. There are more than 80 flights arriving daily. - CADCA is pleased to announce American Airlines as its official carrier for the 2007 Mid-Year Training Institute. The following promotion is available: Discount of 5% on all fares. Please use Authorization number A0677BE when making your reservation to receive the discount. Reservations can be made through Quality Travel, on American's website, or over the phone with American (there is a $10 charge for over-the-phone reservations with American)

    Attendees are encouraged to call our preferred travel agency, Quality Travel Services, for reservations. Quality Travel is able to check all airlines for the lowest fares and apply the American Airlines meeting rate, if most beneficial. Quality travel has also offered to reduce the standard service fee amount for attendees.     Amtrak passenger service and major bus lines, such as Greyhound give you non-flying options for traveling to Tucson. For drivers, Tucson is on Interstate 10, the main highway between California and Florida.

    Getting Around Tucson

    In the downtown area, catch a free ride on T.I.C.E.T. , the Tucson Inner City Express Transit. Of course, there are many major car rental agencies , charter services and taxi companies too.

    AAA Sedan is offering our attendees a discounted rate for shuttle service
    to and from the JW Marriott.

    Transfer rates are:
    Sedans – $30 one way or $50 round trip, sedans seat up to 4 people.
    Vans – $45 one way or $80 round trip, vans seat from 11 – 14 people.
    *Transfer rates are per trip, not per passenger, rates may vary.

    AAA Sedans operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Directions from Tucson Airport:

    1. Turn left (North) onto Tucson Blvd when exiting airport
    2. Left (West) onto Valencia Road
    3. Right onto I-19 (due North)
    4. Take left ramp when you come to the fork at I-10
        (you want to take West I-10)
    5. Take Starr Pass Blvd/22nd Street exit
    6. Turn left (West) onto Starr Pass Blvd/22nd Street
    7. At the dead end of Starr Pass Blvd you will see JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa

    Directions from Interstate-10 (coming from Phoenix):

    1. Take Starr Pass Blvd/22nd Street exit
    2. Turn right (West) onto Starr Pass Blvd/22nd Street
    3. At the dead end of Starr Pass Blvd you will see JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa

    Airport Transportation

    All departing shuttles, luxury cars, vans, buses, and taxis are located on the commercial roadway on the lower level in front of the terminal.

    A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately $30.00 one way.

    Shared-Ride Van Service
    Arizona Stagecoach operates shared-ride van service for each arriving flight. The special CADCA rates are:

    $25.00 per person one way
    $42.00 per person round trip
    $29.00 per couple one way
    $50.00 per couple round trip

    Reservations can be made by calling (520) 889-1000 or on their website www.azstagecoach.com Group id # CADCA 707. You will have an approximate 15 minute wait -- if you have not made your return reservation you can make it while you are waiting. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash are accepted.
