Description:

The Prevention, Treatment,
and Outreach (PTO) initiative provides prevention training, outreach
to military families, and treatment referrals and resources to
Army and Air National Guard members in an effort to increase military
discipline, individual performance, combat readiness.
|
Learning Objectives:
|
- Address military community risk levels
- Strive to mitigate the risk factors
- Enhance the protective factors to support military members
and their families in making responsible choices in regards
to drug and alcohol use
- Community awareness of issues that Guardsmen are facing
upon returning home
- Improve moral and safety among members of the Guard
