In the “urgent” rush to accomplish today’s tasks, it is easy to lose sight of the “important” responsibility of sustaining an organization’s work and mission for tomorrow. This workshop will apply the Strategic Prevention Framework as a guideline for assessing current capacity and developing strategies for continued relevance and success.
