Description:

Find out what “color” leader you are in this workshop. The workshop will lead participants in discovering their leadership style, promoting appreciation of differences, and learning how to work with other styles and how to use your style and skills to make positive change in your community.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will learn what leadership style that most often fall into.
  • Participants will learn how to better their working relationships with those who have a different learning style.
  • Participants will discover ways to make the most out of their leadership style by finding their passion and becoming catalyst for change in their community.
  • Participants will learn the importance of their youth voice and how to effectively use it.
