Forum XVII Awards

CADCA is now accepting nominations for the Forum XVII Membership Awards!

Award Criteria

Only current paid CADCA coalition members, state association members, national organizations and individual members are eligible to submit a nomination for all Awards EXCEPT Coalition of the Year Awards. Please follow/refer to the Got Outcomes process for these awards. Self nominations are welcome.

Award Categories

Outstanding State Association

This award recognizes a CADCA state association for innovative service to a network of prevention/treatment organizations.

Outstanding Youth

This award recognizes an outstanding young person for service to a coalition and preventing substance abuse.

Volunteer of the Year

This award will recognize an outstanding volunteer for service to a coalition and preventing substance abuse.

National Guard

This award recognizes a team that has made significant contributions to support CADCA or a CADCA coalition.

DEADLINES AND INFORMATION

The deadline to receive all award applications has been extended to JANUARY 9, 2007.

RECOGNITION

Recognition for the winning organizations/individuals includes:

• An awards presentation on February 15, 2007 at the National Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C.

• A profile in Awards Luncheon program and in the Coalitions newsletter.

• Registration, travel and hotel to attend Forum XVII for one individual per award.
