How Do I Register?There are 3 easy ways to register...
Payment Policy and Membership VerificationRegistration forms are required for each participant. We will not process registration forms that do not include payment. All registrants taking advantage of the multiple registrant discounts must be from the same organization as initial registrant. Purchase orders are not considered payment. Registrations submitted with a purchase order will not be processed. Member status with CADCA must be current in order to receive the member rate. We will verify your membership at the time of registration and will not process registrations where the member rate is selected but membership is not current. In an effort to speed up the registration process, you can verify your membership status with CADCA's membership department. Please contact them at membership@cadca.org or contact Jennifer Zimmermann at 703-706-0560 ext. 228. Cancellation PolicyPLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER January 20, 2006. Cancellations received in writing before this date will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Written requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to forum@cadca.org on or before December 27, 2005. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date. No refunds are given for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome but must be submitted in writing to forum@cadca.org prior to January 27, 2006. If the information is not received by this date, substitutes will be treated as on-site registrations which will be an additional charge of $50.00/person.
