highly recommend that Coalitions make room in their budgets
to attend a training seminar next year. The training gives
you the ability to be able to focus on a specific problem
you are experiencing with your coalition and attend classes
geared at helping you improve your coalition. The presenters
were excellent and the opportunity to network with other
coalition experiencing the same problems and issues is

“The Mid-Year Training Institute
was the best training that I have ever attended. It allowed
an in depth look into an area, presented by a top expert
in the field. It allowed great interaction and discussion.
I was amazed that the sessions were able to combine the
down to earth, practical information and advise with the
refreshing, energizing exercises that allow you to look
at things in a new and different way. It was a week of
learning, meeting new friends, and being renewed in spirit.
My regret is that others from our coalition did not attend,
a problem that we hope to remedy next year. I recommend
the Institute to all coalitions. The Institute can benefit
experienced, successful coalitions and coalition leaders
as well as new coalitions and those new to the coalition
field. It is a perfect complement to the CADCA Leadership
Forum.
