CADCA is a membership-based organization, our membership is primarily
comprised of small grassroots organizations, and while we know how
important CADCA's role is to our members, we understand the majority
of their scarce funding should go to their local activities and
operations and not to CADCA dues. As a result, CADCA relies on support
